SimplyCount Guarantee Policy

A detailed description of SimplyCount's Guarantee Policy
Why such a good guarantee?

We want our clients to be completely satisfied, recommend our services to colleagues + use our services again in the future.

It is our pleasure to provide the following generous service guarantee policy.  



If a SimplyCount client is dissatisfied with a purchased SimplyCount service ...

... for a period of sixty days following the delivery and completion of any purchased SimplyCount feature or option service(s), client may request either a full refund, OR reasonable adaptations or, if required, corrections to the contracted service(s).   Details follow ...

In the case that a client's reasonable request for change(s) is received, SimplyCount will examine the request in good faith, and notify the client as to whether it will proceed with a service remedy or process a refund.


If SimplyCount and client agree to proceed with a service remedy (rather than a refund), SimplyCount will provide the client with a work plan either verbally or in writing and upon mutual agreement proceed as agreed.

In the unforeseen circumstance that a client is dissatisfied at any time during the remedy period or for up to sixty days following the remedy plan's completion, SimplyCount will, upon client request, refund the full amount the client has paid SimplyCount for the specified service(s) in question.

SimplyCount reserves the right to amend this policy at its own discretion.  The above represents the sole remedy available outside of legal arbitration (see Client Agreement).  Use of SimplyCount implies consent with the SimplyCount Client Agreement.
