   Create your portal login

   Sign up with your work email — takes about a minute, no credit card. The portal is your direct line to the team from here on.

   Submit the Request Access questionnaire

   It's assigned to you the moment you first log in — find it under Request Access in the portal sidebar. Tell us your company and what you count, and attach a plan set (PDF, or a photo) if you'd like a pilot count. The team's reply lands right in Messages, so you always know it went through.

   Approved, then automatic

   The team approves every request, nearest bid deadlines first — and the moment yours is approved, setup kicks in automatically: your installer and license key appear in your portal's Files tab — and if you attached a plan, a marked-up pilot count comes back with the reply.

Attaching a plan in the portal is your choice: the team runs a count on it and sends back the marked-up result — the same arrangement as a pilot. Skip it and nothing you draw ever leaves your machine; the product itself counts locally either way.
